OUR STORY

Larson Construction Co., Inc. was originally founded in 1953 by Andrew and Doris Larson. Their son, Ray E. Larson, acquired the company in 1975. Under Ray’s leadership, LCCI became one of the leading heavy highway contractors in Wisconsin.

Entering a third generation of family ownership, Ray’s eldest daughter, Megan MacLaughlin-Barck, purchased the company in 2004. As President and Owner, Megan has led the company on a steady path of growth and success.

Bringing her personal values into the workplace, Megan has created an atmosphere of strong work ethic, integrity, dedication, and support at Larson Construction Co., Inc. Equity and inclusivity is at the forefront of our company’s success, and as a woman-owned business, LCCI is constantly working to lead the effort to diversify the construction industry.
